By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old or the legal age required in your location to purchase products related to nicotine pouch accessories.

Kynetik Creations does not sell nicotine, tobacco, nicotine pouches, or any consumable products.

3. Product Use

Our custom tins are sold as empty containers/accessories. Customers are responsible for how they choose to use the product after purchase.

Kynetik Creations is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, damage caused by personal use, or any issues related to third-party products placed inside our tins.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Once an order is placed, you are responsible for ensuring that all details, including shipping information and product selections, are correct.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or violation of these Terms.

5. Custom Products

Because our products may be custom-made, printed, designed, or personalized, all sales are final once production has started.

Please review all designs, names, colors, and order details carefully before purchasing. Kynetik Creations is not responsible for customer errors submitted during checkout.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production time, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, Kynetik Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

To report an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Claims without photos or claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

Minor differences in color, placement, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, printing methods, lighting, or production variations. These are not considered defects.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, photos, text, branding, product images, and content created by Kynetik Creations are the property of Kynetik Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used without written permission.

Customers may not submit designs, logos, names, or artwork that they do not own or have permission to use. By submitting a custom request, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the submitted content.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or products for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You also agree not to interfere with the security or operation of our website.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kynetik Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product purchased.
